Philadelphia 76ers swingman Evan Turner is being shopped on the trade market, ESPN's Marc Stein reports in his Weekend Dime.
Why? "The Sixers, sources say, are open to a shakeup as they continue to wait for the return of Andrew Bynum to give All-Star point guard Jrue Holiday some badly needed help," Stein writes.
At the very least, the Sixers are "making calls to gauge" the former Ohio State Buckeye's value, Stein contends.
Turner has been mired in a shooting slump in his last five games, making just 38.9 percent of his free throws. On the season, he's hitting 43.1 percent from the field.
In 48 games, Turner is averaging a roto-friendly 13.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1 steal, .3 blocks and .75 3-pointers. He's still having a career season with production up across the board.
