Al Horford returns in a big way, plays 51 minutes; Klyle Korver hits 8 threes

Al Horford's sore hamstring must be better. The Atlanta Hawks big man played a team-high 51 minutes in a win Friday over the Boston Celtics.

The former Florida Gator scored 24 points (7-15 FG, 10-11 FT), grabbed 13 rebounds, dished three assists and snagged two steals. Play him now.

Kyle Korver made eight shots -- all of them 3-pointers -- for a team-high 27 points to go with six rebounds, four assists, three steals and two blocks.  He's owned in 54 percent of leagues, and that will likely go up after tonight.

Ivan Johnson stuck in the starting lineup but played just 18 minutes and grabbed only one rebound (11 points and an assist). Zaza Pachulia returned from a sore Achilles and played 11 minutes (two points, three rebounds and an assist).

Devin Harris was also back and came off the bench for 14 points, two 3-pointers, three rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block in 38 minutes. Harris had been playing well before the injury and is worth a look.

Ivan Johnson double-doubles in start for Al Horford

Ivan Johnson, possibly the most terrifying man in the NBA, started for Al Horford (sore hamstring) Wednesday, much to the chagrin of the Charlotte Bobcats. The Hawks won 104-92, and Johnson was a factor, double-doubling in 32 minutes. Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if the 'Cats were too terrified to rebound against Johnson, who is banned from the Korean basketball league (seriously).

Johnson scored 12 points (4-11 FG, 4-6 FT), grabbed 15 rebounds, handed out three assists, stole three balls and blocked a shot. I was wrong earlier when I said he didn't have fantasy value. He does as long as Horford and Pachulia are out. He's owned in 1 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Josh Smith dominated the game: 30 points (15-24 FG, 0-2 FT), 13 rebounds, eight assists and three steals in 38 minutes.

Kyle Korver was also hot, hitting 8-of-11 shots (5-of-6 3-pointers) for 21 points to go with four rebounds, two assists and a steal. Korver is playing well of late. He's hit 26 3-pointers in his last 10 games. He's 52-percent owned in Yahoo leagues and is worth riding while he's on a heater.

For the Bobcats, Ramon Sessions was just about the only guy to show up, scoring 27 points (10-16 FG, 6-6 FT) with a 3-pointer, three rebounds, five assists and two steals. He's playing well off the bench (53 percent owned).

Al Horford and Zaza Pachulia out Wednesday; Devin Harris expected back

The Atlanta Hawks' injury carousel keeps turning. Al Horford and Zaza Pachulia won't play Wednesday against Charlotte, according to Hawks beat writer Chris Vivlamore.

Horford is day-to-day with a sore hamstring and calf. Pachulia is being hampered by a sore Achilles tendon.

However, Devin Harris and DeShawn Stevenson did return to practice, Vivlamore reported. Harris left Saturday's game with an ankle sprain. Harris is expected to play. UPDATE: Harris won't play tonight, according to Vivlamore.

Ivan Johnson will likely get the start. He carries no fantasy value right now.
