The 27-year-old wrestler was arrested in Tampa around 12:47 p.m. and released on cash bond a few hours later. The photos above show his mug shots from his most recent and his second arrests. UPDATE: Uso's attorney told PWTorch.com that the wrestler wasn't arrested for his second DUI, but he turned himself in after being "erroneously cited for driving on a suspended license" and after the police filed an "affidavit of violation of probation." Uso's attorney wrote that the wrestler had "completed terms and conditions of his probation as directed by the Court" prior to being cited for driving with a suspended license.
Jack Swagger was also recently arrested for DUI and marijuana possession. He's faced no punishment -- or lack of push -- at least, publicly. But Swagger is in a WrestleMania program. Uso isn't. And this is a second offense. I wouldn't be surprised to see WWE drop the hammer on Uso and make an example of him for the rest of the roster to see.
