Bledsoe's availability depends on who you talk with. Per ESPN:
Although two sources with knowledge of the Clippers' thinking insisted during All-Star Weekend that Bledsoe would not be moved in coming days and strongly predicted that L.A. would stand pat, two other sources indicated that the Clippers and Jazz will at least discuss the feasibility of a trade headlined by Bledsoe and Millsap before the deadline.LA needs frontcourt help, which Millsap can easily provide. But giving up Bledsoe comes with risk: Chris Paul is a free agent at the end of the season. Bledsoe is an insurance policy against his departure.
The Jazz need a point guard with Mo Williams on the shelf with a thumb injury. Utah also risks losing Millsap for nothing in free agency this summer. Adding Bledsoe to a young core of Derrick Favors, Enes Kanter, Gordon Hayward and Alec Burks makes sense.
More players would have to be added to a deal to make the money work.
Bledsoe has been discussed in trade discussions, notably for Kevin Garentt, who has repeatedly said he will not waive the no-trade clause in his contract.
