Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter stay hot, even with Paul Millsap back

Paul Millsap's return didn't hurt Derrick Favors or Enes Kanter, but the Jazz fell 109-108 to the Milwaukee Bucks in overtime.

With Al Jefferson (ankle) still out, Favors started and knocked down 11-of-20 shots for 23 points with 15 rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block. Maybe the most impressive stat for Favors: He didn't foul -- at all.

Millsap played 44 minutes and double-doubled with 22 points and 14 rebounds in his first game back from an ankle injury. Millsap added three assists and three steals.

Kanter returned to the bench but played 32 minutes and also double-doubled with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Enes The Undertaker also equaled Favors' line with an assist, a steal and a block.

Alec Burks put together one of his best lines of the season: 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting with a three, three rebounds, four assists and two steals in 36 minutes. Burks appeared to cut into Randy Foye's minutes, who only played 20 and missed all six of his shots.

Utah has a bench full of young studs. As long as they're getting minutes, each of them should be able to put up numbers.

Enes Kanter starts, puts up huge double-double with 23 points and 22 rebounds

Life without Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap may not be so bad -- if the Utah Jazz play the Charlotte Bobcats every night. Jazz fans got another glimpse of the future Friday with a massive 23-point, 22-rebound double-double from Enes Kanter in the Jazz's 98-68 win. Those are career-high numbers.

Kanter started for the injured Al Jefferson (sprained ankle and spotted in a walking boot) and played 44 minutes. He made 10-of-12 shots and 3-of-4 free throws. The only thing he didn't do was block a shot. Enes The Undertaker also had the pleasure of going against the Bobcats' soft front line (when the best line of the night belongs to Josh McRoberts, you know you have serious problems).

Millsap also sat out with an ankle sprain, but Derrick Favors didn't do much due to foul trouble (he fouled out after playing 21 minutes, finishing with eight points, seven rebounds, an assist and a block).

Jefferson and Millsap are day-to-day. The Jazz don't play again until Monday, so there's a good chance one or both could be ready to go by then.

Kanter is owned in 5 percent of Yahoo leagues. The Jazz play four games next week, and he'd be a solid pickup if Big Al is out. But that's a big if.

Samuel Dalembert double-doubles with 10 points and 11 rebounds

Samuel Dalembert started in place of Larry Sanders (hip) and double-doubled with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

A day after scoring 35 points, Dalembert blocked four shots and stole four balls in 26 minutes. He's on the trade block, so his future is in question. And Larry Sanders' return from injury won't help his value.
The Jazz beat the Bucks, and Utah got a notable line from reserve center Enes Kanter: 17 points (7-9 FG, 3-3 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and five blocks. Kanter is worth watching, especially if the Jazz finally move Paul Millsap and Al Jefferson.
