Percy Harvin traded to the Seattle Seahawks for a first-round pick

For part of last season -- the part that he wasn't injury -- Percy Harvin was a fantasy monster and an MVP candidate. The Minnesota Vikings receiver fell out of the running after spraining his ankle, but there also seemed to be some rancor between Harvin and the Vikings organization. And now he's been traded to the Seattle Seahawks for a package of draft picks, including a 2013 first rounder.

This is pending Harvin passing his physical and agreeing to sign with the Hawks, ESPN reported. The deal is a reunion of sorts for Harvin. Seattle offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell was with the Vikes in 2009, the year Harvin was draft. Harvin also will join a receiving corps that includes ex-Viking Sidney Rice.

From a fantasy perspective, the Vikings just traded their best receiver. Without Harvin in the lineup, the Vikes relied on tight end Kyle Rudolph. This offense has a lot to do this offseason to surround Adrian Peterson with some help.

In Seattle, Sidney Rice and Golden Tate get bumped down to the No. 2 and 3 pass options. Harvin is the clear No. 1.
