Wesley Matthews sprains ankle, leaves arena in walking boot

Blazers guard Wesley Matthews left Friday's game after spraining his right ankle. X-rays were negative, the team reported, but Matthews left the arena in a walking boot and on crutches.

Matthews is likely questionable for Saturday's rematch with the Jazz.
Matthews scored nine points and ended the game with a three, three rebounds, a steal and two blocks. Luke Babbit picked up some of his minutes (21) and scored six points (hit two threes) and pulled down five rebounds.  Monitor what Babbit does if he's given the opportunity.
