The Brooklyn Nets have placed Andray Blatche on the trading block, according to Fox Sports' Sam Amico. The Nets want a draft pick in exchange for the forward, who was questioned in a sexual assault case last month.
No charges have been filed in the case against Blatche, who allegedly witnessed two men rape a drugged woman in his hotel room.
Anyway, the Nets appear ready to move on Blatche and all they're asking for in exchange is a draft pick. Amico reports that the Portland Trailblazers, looking for bench depth, "might have an interest."
If I'm the Blazers, which endured years of "Jail Blazers" jokes, I'm not sure I'd touch Blatche.
Also on the rumor mill, Peter Vecsey says the Nets could get Hedo Turkoglu for Kris Humphries.
