Jimmy Butler is a must-own player with Luol Deng out. He's owned in seven percent of Yahoo leagues, and that's about to shoot up.
The sophomore filled up the stat sheet again without Deng (hamstring). In another 40-plus minutes (44 on Friday), Butler did some damage: 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-4 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists and a block.
In three previous starts, Butler is averaging 15.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.7 steals and .3 blocks. He's also made two 3-pointers in that span.
Pick him up and hope that he keeps getting some run even when Deng returns.
Kirk Hinrich got hot, making 8-of-11 shots, 6-of-7 3-pointers and 3-of-4 free throws for 25 points. Nate Robinson was also hot with 22 points (10-16 FG) with two 3-pointers, four boards, four assists and a steal. I'm not high on either of them with Derrick Rose's return inching closer.
