Jerryd Bayless scores 21 in start for Mike Conley

Jerryd Bayless made the most Mike Conley's DNP (ankle sprain). In 41 minutes, Bayless scored 21 points (8-15 FG, 4-4 FT) with a three, five rebounds, nine assists and a block.

Bayless has played well since the Grizzlies traded away Wayne Ellington and Josh Selby. In his last two game, he's played more than 30 minutes.

January 27: 14 points (6-12 FG, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, five assists and three steals.

January 25: 11 points (5-8 FG, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, eight assists and a steal.

He posted those lines with Conley in the lineup. He should be productive even off the bench given the Grizzlies' limited options.
