"Nature Boy" Ric Flair was supposed to team with Keiji Mutoh (the Great Muta) against Tatsumi Fujinami and Seiya Sanada on Friday night. But Flair announced to the crowd before the match that he wouldn't be wrestling "due to doctors' orders," according to Puroresu Spirit.
Flair reportedly apologized to the crowd and said his son, Reid Flair, would be taking his place. The younger Flair would take the fall in the match to Sanada..
There was no further word on Flair's condition, but at age 63, Flair really shouldn't be wrestling.
