Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau told the Chicago Tribune that Rose is "very close" to getting clearance for full-contact practices -- and that could come this week.
Although Rose is close to getting in full practices, his return to the court is further away.
"It’s not going to be one or two days of contact and he’s going to be out there," Thibodeau told the Tribune. "That’s not going to happen. Just be patient. He’s showing great patience. ... He has to continue to focus on his rehab. When he’s ready, whenever that is, that’s when he comes back."
If you have a roster space, this would be a good time to stash him (Rose is owned in 81 percent of Yahoo leagues).
